Our genealogy meeting begins with social time for members and guests to meet and visit at 6:00 p.m. General meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. with Dick Wolfe, President, presiding. Dick will give a brief overview of our society with goals, committee reports and announcements. Then followed by tonight’s program speaker at 7:00 p.m. (NOTE: All times are Mountain.)

Program Information:
The topic for the monthly meeting will be “Boozers, Brothels, and Bare Knuckle Brawlers: Buffalo Bill’s Little Known Business Partner” presented by Kellen Dane Cutsforth.

Come and learn more history about Buffalo Bill’s business partners in this entertaining presentation by Kellen Cutsforth.  This presentation is an informative look at the early days of Buffalo Bill’s Wild West show and provides information about the use of primary resources for genealogical researchers.

Speaker Profile:
Kellen CutsforthKellen is a professional author and ghostwriter. He has published five books and over 40 articles on the history of the Old West. Kellen is a columnist for Western Writers of America’s Roundup magazine. He is a member of WWA and a former president of the Denver Posse of Westerners. Along with his publishing attributes, Kellen has over 20 years of experience as a researcher and lecturer.
